Associate Software Engineer - Full Stack

📋 Description

• Feature Development: Build and ship well-tested features across frontend and backend, with guidance
• Collaboration: Work with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers in an agile environment
• Code Quality: Write clean, readable, tested code; participate in code reviews
• Learning & Growth: Ramp up on Ontic's stack and domain with mentorship
• Debugging & Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve bugs, escalate when needed
• Participation: Share ideas in technical design discussions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent
• 0–2 years in software engineering (backend & frontend)
• Some familiarity with Java, Spring Boot, MongoDB
• Basic understanding of RESTful APIs
• JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and React fundamentals
• Experience with modern JS tooling and willingness to grow into TS & state management
