Senior Manager, Data Center Commercial, Legal & Procurement

📋 Description

• Build Radiant's DC development commercial, legal and procurement function from a blank canvas.
• Negotiate major equipment and construction contracts.
• Draft and negotiate agreements to run commercial risk directly.
• Lead RFI/RFP/RFQ processes for data center projects.
• Assist in drafting/closing EPC, PPA and land contracts with internal support.
• Manage portfolio risk in early stages and support live negotiations.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience negotiating major equipment or construction contracts (data centres, energy
• Legal or commercial contract background (in-house or private practice).
• Pragmatic, get-it-done approach to contract risk.
• Comfort running multiple live negotiations simultaneously.
• Technical comfort procuring DC equipment.
• Experience setting up a data centre and interfacing with FM providers.
