🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years backend engineering with large-scale systems
• Java, Spring; Kafka; MongoDB, CockroachDB
• Distributed systems, reliability, scaling, observability
• Staff or senior-plus tech leadership experience
• Experience modernizing legacy platforms without excessive rewrites
• Strong API design and collaboration with product teams
