📋 Description

• IT Manager (Individual Contributor) ensuring security, performance, and reliability of internal
• Lead IT roadmap, budget, and KPI reporting to leadership
• Manage IT operations: networks, cloud resources, devices, SSO/MDM/DLP
• Oversee asset lifecycle, procurement, vendor contracts, and onboarding/offboarding

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in senior IT roles with SaaS/tech experience
• Strong IT strategy, budgeting, KPI reporting, and vendor management
• Expertise in ITSM, ISO 27001/27002, SOC 2, GDPR
• Endpoint management across Windows, macOS, Linux
• Cloud platforms (Google Cloud, Azure) and SaaS apps (Atlassian, Zoom)
• Automation, scripting, and corporate networking (WiFi, firewalls, VPNs)
