Security Compliance & Customer Assurance Analyst

📋 Description

• Own security and compliance RFIs, questionnaires, and risk assessments from intake through internal
• Coordinate with internal owners to gather and validate evidence and responses.
• Maintain the risk register and audit documentation for audits with approved evidence.
• Use Behavox AI tooling to automate approved compliance workflows with human review.
• Support customer engagements by clarifying security posture during calls and follow-up actions.
• Collaborate with Revenue teams on customer security and compliance needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in security/compliance and audit activities (ISO 27001 Lead Auditor a must).
• Proficient in RFIs, security questionnaires, and risk assessments.
• Knowledge of SOC 2, ISO 27001, ISO 42001 (optional) controls and evidence.
• Understanding of GRC platforms and evidence management.
• Ability to implement AI-enabled workflows while ensuring accuracy and human oversight.
• Strong communication skills for customer calls and stakeholder coordination.
