Apartment Maintenance Technician - North Denver

📋 Description

• Provide excellent service to residents and team members
• Complete basic apartment turns for move-in readiness
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances
• Help train/guide other Maintenance Technicians
• May assist with vendor quality and move-in/out inspections
• Responsibilities vary by team needs and season

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years maintenance experience
• Proficient in at least two technical trades
• Flexible schedule including evenings/weekends
• Reliable transportation for on-call emergencies
• Physically able to move heavy equipment
• Read, write, and speak English
