Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator

📋 Description

• Own onboarding lifecycle for full-time new hires
• Coordinate Day 1 readiness from offer to start
• Primary point of contact for candidates and managers
• Support onboarding for contractors and staff via Beeline
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and vendors on onboarding milestones
• Ensure compliance and accurate workforce records

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field preferred
• 3+ years in talent acquisition coordination or HR ops
• Experience with onboarding for full-time and contingent workers
• Proficient with ATS/HRIS; Greenhouse/UKG a plus
• Experience with Beeline or similar VMS
• Strong relationship and confidentiality skills
