Senior Front-End UI/UX Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain accessible, user-centered interfaces for enterprise apps
• Translate requirements into clean, intuitive front-end experiences.
• Apply UI/UX, IA, interaction design, visual hierarchy, usability, and responsive design.
• Implement and validate web accessibility per WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA and Section 508.
• Use semantic HTML, ARIA, keyboard navigation, focus management, and accessibility best practices.
• Test interfaces with assistive tech (JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver).

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, HCI, Design, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent).
• 5–8+ years frontend/UI development experience.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery; semantic, maintainable markup.
• Strong UI/UX principles, accessibility testing with WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA and Section 508.
• ARId, semantic HTML, keyboard navigation, focus management, accessibility testing with assistive
• Strong C# and ASP.NET MVC 5 experience; full-stack .NET in Windows.
