• Own cross-functional efforts across hardware, optics, and data links for a high-performance
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to ensure robust hardware in mass production.

🎯 Requirements

• Shipped Product Focus: take complex perception hardware to mass production.
• Vendor Management: work with optical vendors, CMOS manufacturers, and contract manufacturers.
• Hands-On Troubleshooting Mastery: use high-end lab equipment to resolve EMI/noise and signal
• Deep Optical & Image Physics: CMOS sensor tuning and optical artifact mitigation in tight
• System-Level Math & Calibration: multi-camera geometry, VIO basics, and script-based validation.
• Drive Through Influence: lead initiatives and align stakeholders without direct authority.
