🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of retail or related industry leadership experience
• Exceptional interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
• Strong business acumen with ability to analyze data and drive action
• Experience leading Sales, Operations and Visual Merchandising teams
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Willingness to work variable shifts, including peak days and weekends
