Supply Chain Delivery Manager, Data Center Power & Cooling OFE

📋 Description

• Own OFE delivery plan for multiple data center sites: PO to ROS dates aligned with GC schedule.
• Lead site-level supplier execution, escalations, and recovery plans with Sourcing and Engineering.
• Coordinate logistics for heavy equipment, site readiness, and coordination with GC and vendors.
• Manage risk, track KPIs, and provide leadership with converged delivery status across portfolio.
• 8–12+ years in supply chain delivery or construction management in large-scale programs.
• Location: San Francisco hybrid or remote US; up to 40% travel to sites/factories.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience delivering power/cooling equipment (transformers, switchgear, UPS, chillers
• Ability to read and influence construction schedules (P6 or MS Project); tie equipment milestones
• Strong written/verbal communication; data-fluent; trackers/dashboards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain/Engineering/Construction Management or related field; equivalent
• Experience with FAT/SAT, commissioning workflows; heavy-haul logistics; ERP/procurement systems
• Certifications: PMP, CSCP, or similar are a plus.
