Senior Partner Manager, APAC

📋 Description

• Develop and execute APAC partner strategy across APAC with focus on AU, NZ, SG, SEA
• Manage portfolio of consulting, SI, technology and cloud partners (e.g., AWS, Azure)
• Recruit and onboard partners building agentic/AI-driven solutions
• Shape agentic solutions with Algolia and partners
• Collaborate with consulting partners to build and market agentic solutions
• Develop joint value props with tech partners for customer value

🎯 Requirements

• 7-10+ years in senior Alliance, Channel or Partner roles
• Strong technical fluency: APIs, search/AI, cloud infra
• Familiar with agentic AI and accelerator programs
• Experience with AWS, Azure or major SIs (Accenture, Cognizant, etc.)
• Business-side understanding of SaaS, search/AI, headless commerce
• Proven regional partner strategy and revenue impact
