📋 Description

• Own the Comms product area end to end
• Define long-term vision for client/member communications
• Build scalable services: Push, Attachments, Statements, Chat
• Partner with engineering; unblock delivery from inside
• Set success metrics: deliverability, engagement, latency
• Align with wider platform and client needs

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years in Product for fintech or SaaS
• Technical fluency; comfortable in architecture talks
• Systems thinking: connect channels to platform
• Experience with email, push, live chat, docs
• Metric-driven; experience with data/AI tools
• Cross-functional influence across engineering & product
