📋 Description

• AI transformation consultant role focusing on generative AI, automation, and agent workflows
• Collaborate with business and technology leaders to identify high-impact AI opportunities
• Prototype solutions quickly and scale AI-enabled work across enterprises
• Operate at the intersection of strategy, operations, and applied AI
• Balance ambiguity with a builder mindset to solve real business problems with AI
• Work with modern AI platforms, LLMs, copilots, and workflow tools

🎯 Requirements

• 2-7 years in management consulting
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Experience supporting digital/data/automation/AI initiatives in consulting/enterprise
• Strong understanding of generative AI concepts (LLMs, agents, copilots, workflows)
• Hands-on experience with AI tools (OpenAI, Claude, Copilot, Gemini) preferred
• Ability to translate problems into structured AI solutions
