Cultivation Associate

📋 Description

• Support the Genetics team with early-stage plant development and cultivation skills.
• Care for and maintain healthy plant material, focusing on plant health, quality, and consistency.
• Cross-train across cultivation activities; participate in harvest, curing, and production as needed.
• Follow state regulations, SOPs, and quality standards for handling and tracking plant material.
• Operate and maintain lighting, irrigation, and climate-control systems; keep areas clean and
• Monitor environmental conditions (humidity, temperature) to meet quality goals.

🎯 Requirements

• Daily plant care tasks: cuttings, rooting, transplanting, watering, feeding, pruning, staking.
• Support propagation and labeling/tracking; strong attention to detail and inventory skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform manual tasks with PPE when
