Engineering Manager, OS, Robot Software

📋 Description

• Lead a team responsible for OS foundations, embedded software, and hardware platform enablement.
• Own roadmap, resourcing, and delivery while coaching and growing the team.
• Set technical direction and oversee CI, testing gates, and release processes.
• Collaborate with hardware partners, vehicle software teams, model developers, and OEM programs.
• Lead bring-up of new hardware platforms and ensure high reliability across deployments.
• Hybrid work arrangement based in Sunnyvale, CA.

🎯 Requirements

• Engineering management experience leading software/systems teams.
• Technical credibility in embedded software (C/C++), and OS fundamentals (Linux kernel, device
• Experience with peripheral drivers and high-performance, low-latency systems.
• Strong leadership across cross-functional teams and vendors; ability to manage time-zone
• Hands-on ability to own a team’s technical decisions and roadmap.
