📋 Description

• Support AbbVie's Global Alliances organization across discovery to commercialization.
• Advise on partnerships in Aesthetics, Toxins and Eye Care.
• Negotiate amendments and restructurings for long-term value.
• Assist due diligence and structuring of new partnership opps.
• Collaborate with R&D, strategy, BD, and corporate teams.
• Provide strategic legal advice to senior management.

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. degree; bar license in practicing state.
• 5+ years in life sciences pharma transactions or alliances.
• Experience drafting/negotiating licenses, collaborations, co-dev/co-promote.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Science background or strong interest in biology/chemistry.
• Autonomy and result-driven mindset.
