📋 Description

• Lead Visual Merchandising and store operations to drive sales and profitability.
• Collaborate with Management and Visual Managers to plan and execute floor sets and merchandising
• Maintain product presentation, stock levels, and replenishment per directives.
• Plan visual floor changes with payroll and adapt to business needs.
• Coordinate reporting, budgets, and inventory with Operations and Visual Managers.
• Direct and develop Associates to support guest experience and visual standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in client-centric sales or retail environment
• Proven leadership and ability to coach and develop teams
• Strong visual direction, merchandising, and atmosphere-building skills
• Experience with metrics to drive business opportunities
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/move during shifts
