- Own strategy and execution for Payments across Upstart.
- Work at the intersection of borrower outcomes and platform capabilities.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Data Analytics, ML, Design, and Compliance.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in product management with tech, transactional, or customer-facing products.
- Experience in payments, money movement, loan servicing, or billing.
- Proficient in using quantitative analysis to diagnose issues and guide decisions.
- Experience partnering with Engineering and cross-functional teams.
- Experience building or scaling platforms used by internal teams.
- Fintech exposure or ML/GenAI familiarity is a plus.
