🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 15+ years in regulated financial services.
• Extensive experience in operational risk, compliance, governance, or enterprise programs.
• Proven track record in large-scale process transformation and improvement.
• Strong knowledge of risk frameworks, internal controls, and governance.
• Ability to interpret regulatory requirements into processes and controls.
• Experience in matrixed orgs partnering with Compliance, Legal, Audit, Tech, Ops.
