Software Project Manager

📋 Description

• Own client-facing software projects from initial planning and kickoff through delivery, production
• Translate client objectives and scope into milestones, deliverables, timelines, and plans.
• Partner with engineers to understand requirements, architecture decisions, dependencies
• Maintain a clear view of project health across scope, timeline, resources, risks, and dependencies.
• Identify delivery risks early, develop mitigation strategies, and drive issues toward resolution.
• Facilitate kickoffs, planning sessions, status meetings, and retrospectives when valuable.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software project management or similar roles.
• Experience owning complex software projects from planning to completion.
• Experience collaborating with software engineers and technical leads in a software environment.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and delivery processes.
• Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate trade-offs without needing to be a
