Discovery Operations Lead, Litigation & Regulatory

📋 Description

• Design and operate discovery ops across full EDRM lifecycle (preservation, collection, processing
• Own legal hold program design and execution, custodian workflows, and defensible release.
• Stand up RelativityOne and related tooling across Slack, Google Workspace, and internal systems
• Document SOPs and playbooks to make discovery work defensible, repeatable, onboarding-friendly.
• Operate vendor program selection, onboarding, SOCs/SOWs, pricing, SLAs, and reviews across
• Serve as primary day-to-day liaison between in‑house counsel, outside counsel, vendors, and tech

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on discovery across the EDRM lifecycle with ownership of operations on complex matters.
• Track record rebuilding or founding discovery ops; defined operating model and playbooks.
• Working knowledge of RelativityOne, search/analytics, TAR/prioritization, AI workflows.
• Strong understanding of FRCP, ESI preservation obligations, proportionality.
• Experience with Slack, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Box, mobile, and eng sources
• Experience designing vendor programs, SLAs, pricing; oversee multiple providers.
