Senior Manager, Data Analytics

📋 Description

• Lead a team of five analysts and data scientists; provide prioritization and stakeholder handoffs.
• Own analytics across ecommerce, supply chain, health, merchandising, inventory, and fulfillment.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify opportunities and translate data into recommendations.
• Define KPI frameworks and reporting standards across functions.
• Build an analytics roadmap balancing impact, urgency, and resources.
• Advance AI-native analytics and self-service reporting capabilities.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in data analytics, preferably in high-growth consumer tech, ecommerce, or retail.
• 5+ years in management, leading analysts or data scientists.
• Deep ecommerce/retail analytics with KPIs for inventory, pricing, unit economics, in-stock rates
• Balance people leadership with hands-on analytical work.
• Proven experience partnering with VP-level/executives and data-driven influence.
• Experience with data analytics, big data, statistical modeling, data governance, quality and
