Seasonal Operations Associate (Part-Time) - Manhattan Beach

📋 Description

• Move and stock products to maintain inventory flow on the sales floor and back of house
• Execute key operational functions including shipment, receiving and processing
• Support floor replenishment, floor set updates and visual standards
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to assess and fulfill business needs
• Assist in processing shipments and ensuring product flow; maintain stockroom standards
• Demonstrate strong customer service while supporting store operations

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment
• Ability to lift, push, carry or move up to 50 pounds
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences
• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel as a team
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift
