📋 Description

• Manage litigation files through resolution and trial prep
• Draft, prepare, and file pleadings; support motions
• Coordinate discovery and ensure deadlines met
• Organize medical records; coordinate expert review
• Prepare arbitration/trial materials and instructions when applicable

🎯 Requirements

• Meet minimum state qualifications for paralegals
• 5+ years paralegal experience, preferably in insurance defense/civil lit
• Experience handling high-volume caseload in fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with pleadings, discovery, motions, filings, trial prep
• Strong legal writing; excellent written and verbal communication
• Attention to detail; strong organizational/time-management skills
