🎯 Requirements

• J.D. from accredited law school; active U.S. state bar.
• 10+ years in-house tech/SaaS; 3+ years leading attorneys.
• Strong commercial negotiating and structuring experience.
• Deep GTM knowledge: advertising, endorsements, TCPA, CAN-SPAM, state laws.
• Experience advising on influencer/affiliate programs; regulatory considerations for AI in marketing.
• Leadership: manage 3+ reports; strategic mindset; executive presence.

🎁 Benefits
