📋 Description
- Investigate represented casualty claims involving automobile accidents, bodily injury, property
- Review policy provisions, coverage, liability, damages, and evidence to determine resolution.
- Conduct detailed investigations independently using accident info, damages, docs, and data.
- Communicate with customers, attorneys, vendors, carriers, and claimants via phone, email, text, and
- Evaluate and negotiate bodily injury settlements per legal requirements and standards.
- Apply sound negotiation strategies for challenging or complex claims.
🎯 Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience handling represented bodily injury claims, preferably complex or
- Demonstrated experience handling UM/UIM bodily injury claims.
- Strong knowledge of insurance policies, coverage interpretation, liability, damages, and casualty
- A Kentucky adjuster license is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to build rapport over the phone.
- Strong critical-thinking, analytical, investigative, and problem-solving abilities.
