📋 Description

• Own the Time to First Production outcome end to end, defining north-star metrics and journey.
• Set a vision for first-production experience and translate into measurable outcomes.
• Partner with data/validation teams to measure the customer journey and identify gaps.
• Prioritize AI-assisted and agentic experiences, onboarding, testing, and production readiness.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Experience leaders to execute strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience as Principal, Staff, or senior Product Manager owning cross-functional
• Strong B2B/enterprise SaaS background managing products across teams and lifecycle stages.
• Proven ability to establish north-star metrics and measurement frameworks with data teams.
• Proven ability to develop strategy and roadmaps from customer evidence and market signals.
• Excellent cross-functional leadership and influence without formal authority.
• Genuine interest in AI-native and agentic product experiences.
