📋 Description
- Own sourcing and procurement across Facility Management and Construction
- Drive supplier selection, negotiations, framework agreements
- Manage strategic supplier relationships and contractual compliance
- Act as FM Category Manager and drive category performance
- Secure FM service delivery across the retail portfolio in Sweden
- Support lifecycle CAPEX and OPEX planning and energy efficiency
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years experience in Facility Management, Procurement, Construction or Real Estate
- Strong sourcing, supplier management and contract management
- Excellent communication skills; fluent in Swedish and English
- Structured, proactive, data-driven and collaborative
- Sweden-based with ability to work in Stockholm
