Logistics Manager - Remote/Anywhere

📋 Description

• Own international freight from Asia to Israel, the US, and the EU
• Negotiate and book shipments with global freight leaders
• Select shipment modes based on time, complexity, constraints
• Manage freight cost recovery and surcharge disputes
• Lead customs and trade compliance end-to-end
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to push platform as single source of truth

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in international logistics or freight-forwarding, ideally in hardware/manufacturing
• Experience negotiating freight rates with forwarders/couriers
• Strong knowledge of HTS, commercial invoices, packing lists, IORs, CBP forms
• Commercial mindset on landed cost, Incoterms, margins, customer experience
• Clear, concise written/oral communication in English; extra languages a bonus
