📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end cross-functional implementations/projects with project plans and stakeholder
• Drive collaboration across teams to mitigate edge cases and ensure on-time completion
• Analyze data to evaluate departmental performance and develop metrics
• Partner with other groups to design proactive implementation, communications and change management
• Mentor and develop team members; oversee duties and ensure compliance with laws
• Support additional responsibilities as assigned
