Sr. Director, Site Development – Texas

📋 Description

• Own day-to-day execution of AI data center sites in Texas from entitlement through commissioning
• Inform VP, Projects, AIDC on budget, schedule, scope, and risk; escalate for approvals
• Direct Site Readiness, permitting strategy, and early diligence for the region
• Lead a blended team of internal staff and outside contractors
• Manage site-level relationships with jurisdictions, utilities, and landowners during entitlement
• Coordinate with other CleanSpark units to align site work with company goals

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in site development, land development, or construction management for large-scale
• Experience taking projects from entitlement through construction completion
• Experience with design-build or EPC contractors under lump-sum or similar models
• Strong understanding of permitting, utility interconnection, and land use processes
• Judicious decision-making with discipline to escalate major decisions to senior leadership
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and lead cross-functional teams
