📋 Description
- Act as a trusted strategic advisor to senior executives on workforce, talent, and employee-related
- Translate business strategies into integrated HR plans to support performance and long-term growth.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends, assess organizational health, and provide actionable
- Lead talent reviews and succession planning; develop strategies for retention, mobility, and
- Partner with Talent Acquisition on workforce planning for strategic positions.
- Coach senior leaders on leadership effectiveness, team dynamics, and performance management.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field; four years may substitute for degree.
- At least 8 years of progressive HR experience, including HRBP to senior leaders.
- Proven ability to advise executives on complex workforce and organizational matters.
- Experience leading complex employee relations cases and organizational change initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and practical corporate application.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and deliver results without formal authority.
