• Lead top-of-funnel candidate attraction and sourcing for early-career talent across Europe; direct
• Coordinate with Talent Marketing for targeted outreach and campaigns.
• Plan and execute university career events, technical fairs, and campus info sessions.
• Build and nurture a long-term referral pipeline across internal networks and student groups.
• Drive high-touch candidate engagement from offer to start date and host monthly touchpoints.
• Continuously improve sourcing channels and hiring processes to stay simple and effective.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years in talent acquisition with a focus on early-career/university recruiting
• Location: Must be based and work-authorized in the United Kingdom
• Execution Mindset: Fast, accurate, execution-focused
• Communication: Clear, concise, proactive stakeholder management
• Data & Process Focus: Comfortable with assessment tools, metrics, and weekly pipeline stand-ups
