Retail Customer Service Manager

📋 Description

• Deliver outstanding customer service and build customer relationships in Ladbrokes & Coral
• Report to the Shop Manager and be part of the Shop team to drive customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer transactions including cash handling and process bets on sports/events.
• Demonstrate products and betting terminals to customers and promote safer gambling.
• Maintain high shop standards and assist with opening/closing the shop.
• Work patterns include a typical weekly rota of 15 hours with variable shifts across opening/closing

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 18+ to work in betting shops.
• Experience in a customer-facing role with confidence handling customers in person.
• Familiarity with cash handling and payment transactions.
