Customer Return Agent (Baltimore Airport)

📋 Description

• Welcome customers on arrival with a friendly, professional return experience
• Inspect rental vehicles for damage, fuel, and mileage; route issues as needed
• Complete return transactions accurately; explain final rental charges
• Promote SIXT products and services during returns
• Identify and tag vehicles for maintenance; move to correct location
• Work in varying weather and assist with additional tasks as needed

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; 1 year of customer service experience
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record; eligible to work in the United States without
• Basic computer navigation; familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Available to work 40 hours/week; day or evening shifts; travel 5–10%
• Willing to wear company uniform; language skills a plus
