📋 Description

• Provide legal and business advice, drafting, negotiation, and interpretation support for commercial
• Partner with key decision-makers during negotiations; identify risks and develop mitigation
• Support international expansion by identifying legal risks and collaborating cross-functionally.
• Develop and improve contract administration processes, systems, procedures, and internal controls.
• Monitor contractual obligations, renewals, expirations, and covenants with contract administrators.
• Strengthen contract management training and communications for consistent practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent; active California license or eligible in-house status in CA.
• 10+ years of relevant legal experience with complex commercial transactions.
• Prefer 2+ years in-house in medical device/pharma/healthcare sector.
• Strong knowledge of commercial/contract law; experience drafting/negotiating sophisticated
• Familiarity with False Claims Act, Anti-Kickback Statute, FD&C Act; general privacy laws and
• Excellent written/verbal communication; strong organizational skills; able to work independently
