📋 Description

• Ensure compliance with all applicable SAMA regulations related to payment services (e.g., EMI, PSP
• Review and approve new products to ensure alignment with SAMA requirements.
• Monitor internal processes and product structures for regulatory adherence.
• Track, interpret, and implement changes from SAMA circulars and regulatory updates.
• Review and maintain internal policies and procedures to ensure consistency with current SAMA
• Ensure receipt and proper dissemination of all circulars and publications issued by SAMA; follow up

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a compliance role at a SAMA-regulated entity operating in the
• Solid understanding of SAMA’s regulatory framework for payment services.
• Experience in regulatory reporting and policy review.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
• Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
