📋 Description

• Senior compliance leader for MiCA, EMI, and MFSA rules.
• Lead regulatory framework across Europe with cross-functional partners.
• Support licensing, licensing applications, and governance programs.
• Embed compliance by design into product, tech, and operations.
• Manage regulatory engagement and oversight with MFSA and regulators.
• Drive DORA programme, risk remediation, and information governance.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in fintech/regulatory compliance (VASP/CASP, digital assets).
• Deep knowledge of MiCA, EMI, DORA, MFSA requirements.
• Experience with European regulators, MFSA preferred.
• Leading multi-jurisdictional teams and regulator liaison.
• Strong written/verbal docs for regulators/Boards.
• Eligible for MFSA fit-and-proper and Key Function Holder.
