Senior Counsel, Global Alliances Legal - Aesthetics, Toxins and Eye Care

📋 Description

• Partner with Global Alliances, asset strategy teams, disease strategy teams, and R&D leadership
• Advise on alliance, partnership, and collaboration matters across the pharmaceutical and device
• Interpret and analyze complex licenses, collaborations, and other alliances; communicate legal
• Draft, review, and negotiate licenses, collaboration agreements, co-development/co-promotion
• Collaborate with Transactions Legal to evaluate and negotiate new Aesthetics, Toxins and Eye Care
• Advise clients and senior leadership to maximize the pipeline's potential; serve as a go-to

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. degree required and licensed to practice in the relevant state.
• Large firm or in-house pharma/life sciences experience preferred.
• 5+ years in life science/pharma transactions, global collaborations, and advising on global
• Scientific background preferred or strong interest in biology/chemistry; understanding of
• Autonomous, proactive, with strong legal-analysis and communication skills.
• Proven ability to make sound business judgments and address legal issues efficiently.
