📋 Description

• Oversee multiple projects and initiatives aligned with strategic goals.
• Ensure on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Lead end-to-end delivery with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain project plans, schedules, and required documentation.
• Communicate with stakeholders, including leadership, clearly and consistently.
• Identify and mitigate risks; manage escalations professionally.

🎯 Requirements

• IT experience: 8-11 years
• 4+ years PM experience leading multiple concurrent customer-facing projects
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end delivery with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches
• Exposure to AI/GenAI & software delivery; translate complex concepts for non-technical
• Strong skills in project plans, forecasting timelines, risks, issues, and escalations
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing leadership
