Senior Labour Relations Manager - Germany and Austria

📋 Description

• Lead Works Council and employee representation across Germany and Austria.
• Report to VP of HR EMEA; primary liaison with Works Council and related bodies.
• Develop proactive engagement strategies balancing business needs with employee voice.
• Ensure labour regulation compliance and manage stakeholder alignment in HR, Legal, Communications
• Lead engagement and consultation on organisational changes and workforce decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in labour relations, employee relations, or HR.
• Deep expertise in Works Council laws and practice in Germany and Austria.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills; English and German fluency.
• Experience leading large-scale organisational change and restructuring consultations.
• Understanding of collective bargaining and statutory consultation in DE/AT.
