Senior HR Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end HR ops: onboarding/offboarding, data management, contracts, HRIS
• Design and improve HR processes to support growth
• Coordinate with Payroll/Finance for payroll inputs
• Collaborate with Legal, HRBP, and Talent Acquisition on lifecycle)

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in People Operations in fast-growth environments
• Solid knowledge of UK employment law
• Experience with HRIS (HiBob preferred)
• Experience with UK payroll and benefits administration
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets and data handling
• Detail-oriented with a process-first mindset
