Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead

📋 Description

• Lead people-side of complex technology-enabled transformations with a focus on SAP/ERP.
• Develop and implement OCM strategies aligned with transformation objectives and timelines.
• Build change networks, champion programs, and stakeholder engagement structures.
• Design and execute change communications, leadership messaging, and employee engagement materials.
• Facilitate leadership alignment and stakeholder workshops across organizational levels.
• Define OCM governance, roles, processes, and decision-making structures for large-scale programs.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading Organizational Change Management for large ERP/technology-enabled
• Strong SAP/S/4HANA knowledge and related business process understanding.
• Experience developing communication strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, readiness
• Knowledge of organizational design, transition planning, and change impact analysis.
• Experience in manufacturing environments is required.
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, and collaboration skills across executive to operational
