ERP Project Manager

📋 Description

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of large ERP implementations, migrations, and enterprise
• Manage day-to-day project operations: milestones, risks, issues, deliverables, financials
• Build and coordinate project teams; allocate resources by workstream and phase.
• Partner with senior tech leadership, stakeholders, vendors to maintain alignment.
• Oversee ERP design/config decisions; escalate issues as needed.
• Identify and mitigate major risks and unresolved issues.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in managing complex projects or portfolios in large orgs (people, process, tech).
• Experience deploying/implementing ERP platforms; ERP transformation track record.
• Hands-on with Oracle, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics; Oracle Cloud ERP exp strongly preferred.
• Strong ERP systems knowledge: cloud tech, requirements analysis, design, configuration, testing
• Bachelor's in CS/Business/IT or related field.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder mgmt; exec-level exposure preferred.
