Direct Care Worker

📋 Description

• Follow a written plan of care by a registered nurse.
• Provide personal care services and companionship to clients at home.
• Assist with activities of daily living and household tasks as needed.
• Support clients with daily activities to help them stay safe and independent.
• Work within BAYADA’s team to ensure compassionate, reliable care—the BAYADA Way.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous home health or patient care experience welcomed, but training is provided.
• Passion for caregiving and helping others.
• Commitment to delivering quality, compassionate care.
• Ability to travel to clients’ homes as assigned.
