ABA Supervisor

📋 Description

• Oversee neurodiversity-affirming ABA programming for children with autism and neurodevelopmental
• Lead a transdisciplinary team of behavior technicians (BTs) in Cortica’s holistic care model.
• Provide groundbreaking, client-centered clinical care with flexibility and support.
• Balance clinical duties with leadership responsibilities in a hybrid remote setting.
• Collaborate with families and clinicians to deliver integrated, lasting impact for families.

🎯 Requirements

• Current BCBA certification required (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst).
• Master’s degree in human services or a related field.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in North Carolina (license renewal supported).
• Ability to lead and develop a team of BTs; strong collaboration skills.
• Experience with telehealth and flexible hybrid scheduling preferred.
• Commitment to a transdisciplinary approach to care.
