- Oversee neurodiversity-affirming ABA programming for children with autism and neurodevelopmental
- Lead a transdisciplinary team of behavior technicians (BTs) in Cortica’s holistic care model.
- Provide groundbreaking, client-centered clinical care with flexibility and support.
- Balance clinical duties with leadership responsibilities in a hybrid remote setting.
- Collaborate with families and clinicians to deliver integrated, lasting impact for families.
🎯 Requirements
- Current BCBA certification required (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst).
- Master’s degree in human services or a related field.
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in North Carolina (license renewal supported).
- Ability to lead and develop a team of BTs; strong collaboration skills.
- Experience with telehealth and flexible hybrid scheduling preferred.
- Commitment to a transdisciplinary approach to care.
