📋 Description

• Drives development and execution of market access payer, IDN, guidelines, and clinical pathway
• Collaborates across a matrixed team to support scientific and market access needs of brand, market
• Represents Medical Payer Strategy (MPS) as SME translating scientific/HEOR data to cross-functional
• Leads global gaps assessment and integrates medical access needs into evidence planning.
• Develops strategic resources and trains teams; leads RWE plans to support strategy and educate
• Maintains awareness of scientific, health economics, and payer policy through literature and

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced Education PhD, PharmD, PA, NP highly preferred.
• Typically 8+ years in pharma; strong managed care and pharmacoeconomics experience preferred.
• Leadership experience in cross-functional settings; international experience a plus.
• Eye Care or Neuroscience experience preferred; ability to influence global strategy.
• Ability to advance RWE studies with independent work; knowledge of statistics and regulatory
• Excellent oral and written communication; works independently with minimal guidance.
