• Follow a written plan of care by a registered nurse
• Provide personal care and companionship to clients in home
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility as needed

• Experience as a home health aide or caregiver preferred
• Must be reliable and dependable
• Ability to travel to clients' homes and work a flexible schedule
