📋 Description

• Follow written plan of care by RN
• Provide personal care and homemaker services
• Support daily living activities at home
• Travel to client homes as assigned
• Build relationships with clients and families
• Work within BAYADA’s standards and team setting

🎯 Requirements

• ADL support: bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care, etc.
• Household support: light housekeeping, laundry, bed making
• Meal prep and feeding
• ROM exercises and mobility assistance
• Medication reminders
• Empathy, patience, and reliability
